We love delicious food. We most of all love eating delicious food without it having a bad effect on the environment. After all that is what we need to rely on in order to enjoy our delicious food. From this perspective the following menu was created.

The menu is all about opening options on cooking and consuming more sustainably. The menu showcases different takes on traditional meals as well as modern and innovative dishes to spark the creative mind. Aside from the food itself the dishes were designed to carry a certain message. A statement to be talked about and spark a conversation that will hopefully lead to innovative new insights regarding sustainable agriculture.
